In addition to other great hunts and trips in the auction, we once again have more special permits than any other organization! These hard-to-get tags are provided by the states’ Fish and Wildlife and all proceeds go to the donor state.
California 2012 Multiple Zone Elk Tag

Trophy class elk found in every zone! This tag is good in five hunt zones. Season dates are prior to the general season so you get THE elk of your choice. California is the ONLY state to have all three species of elk: Rocky Mountain, Roosevelt, and Tule. Wyoming 2012 Governor's Shiras Moose Permit
Once again the Central Coast Chapter of Mule Deer Foundation has been awarded the Wyoming Governor's Shiras Moose tag! For 2011 there were five Governor's Shiras moose tags and, at our March 26, 2011 fundraiser, our high bid of $27,000 was the highest bid of the five.
The revenue from these special tags go directly to the state for on-the-ground support of the species. From 2003 to 2010 the Wyoming moose tag revenue funded 57 moose-related projects in Wyoming totaling $387,400.
Eligibility: Any resident or non resident whose privileges to purchase a license are not under suspension or revocation in Wyoming or other wildlife violator compact states is eligible to bid on these license, including previous governor’s license purchasers. This license may be purchased in addition to drawing a license for that species in the license draw.
Winning bid amount is 100% tax deductible.
